If appropriate to the project, we can offer four levels of service & specification which provide us with the ability to offer certain clients additional services that not everyone needs, keeping overall product prices very competitive:

Bronze is typically a supply-only transaction with telephone/e-Docs guidance & support. Includes one drawing and two iterations. No charge.
Silver is typically a more bespoke service with one site visit by a Director - or the option of one pre-installation visit by our own experienced technicians, before optionally commissioning & certifying the product - telephone, email and e-Docs guidance for the site contractors. Includes up to two drawings each with up to three iterations. Options of smartphone operation or connection to home automation. £150 + VAT. Option of annual servicing at extra cost. 
Gold is a full service solution with as many site visits by a Director or technician as may be required pre-installation, partnering with other M&E services, CDP if required, then staged installation visits by our own experienced technicians, commissioning & certifying, with telephone, email,  downloadable e-Docs and onsite guidance for the designer, site contractor/project manager. Unlimited drawings, 3D visuals and iterations. HETAS chimney inspection service. Chimney certification at extra cost. Risk assessment. O&Ms. £300 + VAT. Options of smartphone operation, connection to home automation, high spec products and accessories. Option of annual servicing package at extra cost.
Platinum is Gold + for overseas or long distance clients. Cost is by negotiation.
