It features a powerful roasting zone and a large main barbecuing area. Block D effortlessly accomplishes all types of grilling, both with direct and indirect heat, as well as low & slow. It has 16.2 kW peak power and perfect controllability, allowing temperatures ranging from 75°C (completely indirect) to 900°C (directly above the roasting burner).
